Product support: Bright 2 Air purifier

Bright 2 is the updated version of Bright and includes several improvements. For example, it features a higher CADR, a quieter DC motor and support for the latest Duux app.

The design has also been updated. If you want to combine performance, ease of use and connectivity, Bright 2 is the more advanced choice of the two.

The ionizer in Bright 2 helps remove fine particles such as dust, smoke and allergens from the air. Negatively charged ions attach themselves to these particles, making them heavier so they can settle more easily or be captured.

In combination with a HEPA and activated carbon filter, ionization adds an extra layer of air purification. It can also help reduce unwanted odours.

The ionizer in Bright 2 only produces a negligible amount of ozone. This remains within safe limits for indoor use.

If you prefer not to use the ionizer function, you can easily switch it off.

Replace the Bright 2 filter approximately every 6 months. The exact lifespan depends on air quality and how intensively the product is used.

Replacing the filter on time helps maintain optimal air purification and keeps your air purifier performing at its best.

There is probably something in your room that measures a high value. This can be a wood stove that has been left on/on for example. Smoking or cooking inside can also cause this, both with and without an extractor fan.
Does the Bright show these high values in all rooms? The sensor is probably defective. Please contact us.

At the moment, only the current air quality is visible.

The effective space depends on how many cleanings you want per hour. On average, we count 3 cleanings per hour. In that case, Bright works best in rooms up to 27m².

It may also be that you want more or less cleaning per hour. In that case, the information below is relevant:

2 air changes per hour (basic cleaning): 40m²

3.5 air purification per hour (helps with allergies): 23m²

5 air changes per hour (helps with asthma or medical complaints): 16m²

Bright also neutralises VOCs through the active carbon filter. This is part of the total filter.
