Tag 2 is the generation 2 model of our Tag humidifier, where we have made several internal quality improvements to improve the customer experience. Please note that unlike Tag, it is not possible to use aromatherapy with Tag 2.

The discoloration is caused by the filter in your Tag. This is harmless.

Take out the water tank and empty it. Then empty the water chamber (in the machine itself). If it is too full, Tag may start to 'puff'. Put a full water tank back in and switch on Tag .

Most likely the fan is defective that causes the mist to be blown upward. Please contact us at service@duux.com.
