Product support: Whisper 2 Fan

Whisper 2 is a further development of Whisper 1. It features a fully matte finish, subtle design improvements and a magnetic spot for the remote control.

The height adjustment has also been improved, making Whisper 2 even easier to use. With its combination of design, comfort and quiet performance, this model is a natural next step forward.

You can place the Whisper 2 remote control on top of the fan handle. This area is magnetic, so the remote stays neatly in place.

Press and hold the button on the back of the pole to adjust the height of the Whisper 2. You can then move the fan up or down to the desired position.

In night mode, the display is dimmed and sound signals are turned off. This makes the fan more comfortable to use in the evening or while sleeping.

In natural wind mode, the Whisper 2 automatically alternates between different speeds. This creates an airflow that feels like a natural breeze.

A ticking or cracking sound can often be resolved by sliding the fan fully down and then back up again. In many cases, the sound disappears immediately.

If that does not help, extend the fan fully and apply a small amount of lubricant, such as WD-40, to the tube. Then move the fan up and down a few times. If the sound remains, please contact service@duux.com.
