With your customer-focused mindset, you’ll support our customers in a friendly and professional way, both by phone and online. From giving product advice to answering delivery questions via platforms such as Amazon and bol.com, you’ll play an important role in creating a great customer experience. After thorough training, you’ll know our products inside out and feel confident helping customers with any question.

What We Offer

Who Are You?

You are the first point of contact for our customers, so being friendly, accurate, and solution-oriented comes naturally to you. You enjoy helping people and remain calm, even during busy periods. You also have:

• Your own laptop
  
• A flexible attitude
  
• Availability for 16–40 hours per week during the period May through August
