Online Content Specialist (32-40 hours)
Create inspiring content, follow the latest social media trends and help Duux strengthen its online visibility across international markets.

Are you always up to date with the latest social media trends, and do you know how to translate our brand identity effortlessly into strong copy and visual content? Then we are looking for you as our new Online Content Specialist.
In an informal, international and ambitious working environment, you will get a lot of responsibility and plenty of room to develop yourself. In this role, you will play an important part in our international growth and help take our online content and visibility to the next level.
What you will do
As an Online Content Specialist, you are the creative heart of the department. You develop inspiring content for various online channels and make sure our brand experience is recognizable and consistent at every touchpoint.
You know exactly how to connect with our target audience and translate our brand values into content that engages, informs and inspires. You work closely with colleagues from marketing, e-commerce and external partners. Together, you make sure the content strategy is not only creative, but also effective.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the content strategy for social media and online channels, including managing a monthly content calendar.
- Writing, optimizing and publishing various types of content, such as blogs, news articles, landing pages and email campaigns.
- Creating and optimizing product and brand content for brand stores and marketplaces, including Bol and Amazon.
- Coordinating creative processes, including briefings, photoshoots, influencer campaigns and guarding the visual brand identity.
- Analyzing content performance and continuously optimizing based on data, as well as managing content in the Duux brand portal so partners and retailers always have access to up-to-date and consistent content.

Who you are
You are creative, curious and have a sharp eye for detail. You have a strong sense of what fits our brand identity and know how to translate this into content that is visually strong and convincing in terms of messaging.
Whether you are creating a mock-up in Canva or reviewing a campaign asset from a partner, you immediately see what works and what can be improved. You have a sense of style and understand how to translate emotion and experience into text and visuals.
With your content, you know exactly how to strike the right chord with our target audience. You are a strong communicator, enjoy working together and know how to present your ideas clearly and convincingly. With your positive energy and hands-on mentality, you make an immediate impact.
You bring:
- HBO-level education and thinking, preferably in marketing, communication or media.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Content Specialist or in a similar role within online marketing or e-commerce.
- Affinity with social media and knowledge of relevant platforms and tools. Affinity with design, lifestyle and consumer electronics is a plus.
- Experience with editing content in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, or with Canva, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
What we offer
To help you get off to a strong start, you will receive several training sessions, such as system, sales and product training, so you quickly become familiar with Duux and can work independently.
You will work every day with a young and informal team in a people-oriented, entrepreneurial organization with short communication lines.

- A salary of up to €4,250 gross per month, based on 40 hours, depending on your education and work experience.
