My Bora shows a P1/LO error or has ice build-up. What should I do?

A P1/LO error or ice build-up on the Duux Bora is usually normal. The product will automatically switch to defrost mode and then resume dehumidifying on its own.

A dehumidifier cools the incoming air using a cold evaporator element. This causes moisture to condense, but at lower temperatures ice can also form. Bora detects this automatically and starts defrosting. For best performance, use the product at an ambient temperature between 16 and 32 °C. Bora also works between 5 and 16 °C, but it may temporarily defrost more often.
