Press and hold the button for a few seconds. It will then go off.

There is always some play in the button, so this is normal and you don't have to worry about it. Of course we can always take a look at it with the help of a video, so that we can assess it. In that case please send your video to service@duux.com.

1. Mix (cleaning) vinegar with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:10.
2. Use this mixture to clean the required parts.
3. Then carefully brush the surface with the adhesive residue until it disappears.
4. Use a damp cloth with tap water to remove any residue.

Do not use caustic or other chemical agents. This may damage the lacquer and is not covered by the warranty.

That may be true. The fan is in standby mode, so to speak, which means that the battery will run out at some point, even though it is not being used.

You don't have to do this, but it is recommended. Your battery will last longer than if you always leave it in while it is plugged in.

You may have to turn off Whisper Flex (Ultimate) twice with your voice. Unfortunately, this cannot be solved with a software update.

Whisper Flex (Ultimate) has two different pairing modes. To pair the device with the Duux app, it is important that the Wi-Fi icon flashes rapidly. If you press and hold the control dial for 5 seconds, your device will switch to the correct pairing mode and the icon will start flashing rapidly.

If you are sure that the Wi-Fi icon is flashing rapidly, you can go through the app pairing process again. On this page (page: how do I connect my Whisper Flex to the Duux app?) we show you how to do that.
