As soon as the Wi-Fi mode button is pressed, the device starts searching for a mobile device to connect to. If the connection fails, the indicator will continue to flash. To turn off the flashing indicator, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 3 seconds.

The effective area depends on how many cleanings you want per hour. On average, we count 3 cleanings per hour. In that case, a Tube works best in rooms up to 75m².

It may also be that you want more or less cleaning per hour. In that case, the information below is relevant:

2 air changes per hour (basic cleaning): 110m²

3.5 air purification per hour (helps with allergies): 63m²

5 air changes per hour (helps with asthma or medical complaints): 44m²

Check that the filter hood is properly closed. There is a safety sensor inside the cover which prevents the appliance from turning on if the cover is not closed. Check whether there is a power failure.

Please follow these steps:
1. Remove the device from the Duux app.
2. Reset the filter countdown by pressing and holding the filter reset button until you hear a beep.
3. Unplug the device and leave it unplugged for 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, switch the device on again and reconnect it to the Duux app.
