At Duux, we believe in the importance of a healthy living environment. As a company we feel responsible to deliver this promise, not just by using our products but also by making a positive impact on people, the environment and society. This entails every aspect of our business, from separating waste at our office to green deliveries to our end consumers. It’s our obligation to the planet and for generations to come.
Reduciendo la huella de carbono
We are continuously looking for ways to optimise and shorten our supply chain to minimize our carbon footprint. This entails every step of our business from raw material sourcing to last mile delivery to consumers. On top of that we are compensating co2 emission from commuting and our office entirely runs on sustainable energy! Compensation is done by planting and adopting trees in cooperation with LifeTerra.

To reduce our logistic footprint, our engineers are constantly optimizing our packaging's by decreasing the size to fit more products on a pallet and in a container. This also includes looking at packaging assembly (less air in packaging) and development of components (smaller and more flexible. We have replaced Styrofoam for paper pulp interiors in most of our packagings and minimized the use of single use/disposable plastics.

Product life extension
Our new products are designed for easy repairs, allowing customers to fix them at home instead of disposing of the entire item. Returned products are carefully inspected and, whenever possible, repaired with new parts and resold as refurbished. Items that cannot be repaired are responsibly recycled following WEEE guidelines, supporting sustainable production and reducing environmental impact.
Uso responsable

At Duux, we believe repairability is essential to extending the life of our products. That’s why we design with repair, upgrade, and maintenance in mind.
